PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY AUTHORIZATION

Through My Lens reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the operation of any trip or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with Through My Lens, trip guests agree to allow their images and video recordings to be used in such photographs. Trip guests who prefer that their images or video recordings not to be used are to identify themselves in writing prior to the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a traveler cancels their participation in a trip for any reason, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated as follows:

  • 1. Refunds will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit
  • 2. Refunds will be issued minus all credit card processing fees
  • 3. Refunds will be issued minus any third-party payment platform fees (including but not limited to WeTravel or similar services)
  • 4. Refunds will be issued minus any vendor-imposed penalties or non-refundable payments already remitted on the traveler’s behalf

  • 90+ days before the trip : Refund minus non-refundable deposit, credit processing fee, third-party vendor payment platform fee (including but not limited to WeTravel or similar services)
  • 45–89 days before the trip: Refund minus non-refundable deposit, credit card processing fee, third-party vendor payment platform fee (including but not limited to WeTravel)
  • Under 45 days before the trip: No refund

Important Notice:
TML cannot guarantee full or partial refunds once funds have been transmitted to third-party suppliers. If you choose not to participate in any group activities or scheduled events, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

PAYMENT PACKAGE

For packages that do not include airfare, guests are responsible for booking their flights separately. All airfare booked separately must align with the trip’s arrival and departure dates/days.

Guests acknowledge that hotels may require a valid major credit card at check-in to secure incidental charges, including but not limited to room service, minibar, property damage, or additional services. All incidental expenses and related charges are the sole financial responsibility of the guest and are not included in the trip package price.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under this Agreement when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, accidents, riots, war, acts of terrorism, global unrest, airline inability to operate or fly, government shutdowns, influenza, or any other pandemic. In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, the cancellation policy established for this trip shall be considered secondary to this clause.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

This Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in connection with participation in travel experiences organized by Through My Lens Travel, LLC ("Company") and Sharon Campbell.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Participant understands and acknowledges that international and domestic travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • 1. Illness, disease, or medical emergencies
  • 2. Personal injury or death
  • 3. Property damage or loss
  • 4. Acts of negligence by third parties
  • 5. Accidents involving vehicles, aircraft, boats, or other transportation
  • 6. Crime, theft, or assault
  • 7. Political instability, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • 8. Natural disasters or hazardous weather
  • 9. Food or water-related illness
  • 10. Physical activities such as walking tours, excursions, hiking, cultural experiences, etc.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability

Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Through My Lens Travel, LLC, Sharon Campbell, affiliates, partners, contractors, employees, agents, guides, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to personal injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, or financial loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

Participant understands that the Company acts solely as a third-party intermediary for airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and activity providers. The Company is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.

4. Medical Responsibility

Participant affirms they are physically and medically fit for travel and participation. Participant agrees to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance and understands the Company does not provide medical insurance coverage. Participant authorizes emergency medical treatment if necessary and agrees to be financially responsible for any related costs.

5. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Through My Lens Travel, LLC and Sharon Campbell from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from Participant’s conduct or participation.

Participant acknowledges that travel plans may change due to weather, government regulations, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

I further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.


By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions effective February 28, 2026.
